I am fascinated by the split between what is commonly called reality and what we make of it: constructs, stories and images. I also feel strong affinity with the improvising nature of street photography. Most of my pictures are shot walking down the streets, around buildings, investigating shop windows, moving in and out of light and shadow. Directionless as these walks may be, I always hope to find that particular frame that makes reality as such less obvious, and opens up new possibilities and interpretations.
Update May, 2025: I'm trying to find out how color photography can expand my creative vision.

A parallele world, that's what you expose here. A parallele world which certainly be awake when we sleep. All thoses figures, moving as we sleep, talking about us, about what they saw during day. Great work with a real sense of life, you gave them this light in their eyes...
The way you see the world around you is magical. I do not pretend to say that you inspire me, because it would be like saying that I could do something similar to your oneness, which is impossible. So I admire, which is already a great privilege. Thank you for sharing the greatness of your instigating look! Re Sakai
Great photographic work. Bravo ! Your pics remember me Street fighting man, Rolling Stones record, with Robert Frank's pics. Excellent !
fantastic work here,exactly what i like : an eye-sight into double reality; may i ask which ricoh gr you use,the original first digital one,or the new 16 mbs one ( as ricoh is VERY confusing with their models);
Gritty is right. These photos are remarkable in their effect; dramatic and give a feel of life on the edges... Great work.
