Mawmaw warned me not to run with scissors, but she never said anything about slinging the whole sewing basket over my shoulder and running off to become a tinker of textiles. That’s just what I did.

I make illustrated sewing patterns of small folk and critters. You make them, children play with them, and they make stories.

Think outside the toy box. My oldest child was damaged by a common prescription antibiotic at age 25 and lives with brain damage and constant excruciating physical pain all the time now. Everything I design is inspired by the little child he once was and the artist he may never now become.
