Guy Carignan

Although originally from Quebec, I have resided in Prince Rupert for most of my life. The interest in photography has always been present but it is only lately that I have been able to dedicate some time to pursue it as a hobby. Living on the west coast provides great opportunities for photography, whether it is around the water, the forests, the docks or capturing the diversity of wildlife. I am drawn to black and white photography at the moment. It allows me to focus on and play with shape, texture and light in my pictures.
