Recently decided to buy myself a decent SLR camera, and now my friends refuse to go walking with me as conversation is impossible. I'm a pretty crap photographer and as amateur as they come, but I love finding the small gem in amongst the dross.....!

I am regularly accompanied by my faithful henchmutt, Fergal, who manages to sneak into a lot of the shots, little poser. But at least he doesn't mind the silence...
