Born into a military family in 1952 in Alaska before it was a state of the USA. Lived eight places around the USA and the world by the time I was 15 years old. Tampa Bay Area 1967 - 1983, then the Los Angeles area. Houston area near NASA/JSC since 1992. That image is of our late Old English Sheepdog. The racial justice movement endures. It goes way back. The human-induced climate crisis is also a project of mine. A 2018 book, How Democracies Die, is a great one I am enjoying now, 10/8/2022. This same week I liked an excellent 2019 documentary movie, White Savior: Racism in the American Church. Now using my iPhone for photography. Looking forward to more than 2x optical zoom in a future iPhone. Birds (wildlife) and airplanes (aerospace) are two subjects of interest for my photography. We enjoyed snakes (in cages in our home, etc.) in Augusta Georgia 1958-1961. Local snakes and box turtles. King snake (eastern, chain snake), coachwhip snake, and many more. Earning a living; mostly aerospace engineering, and some teaching. A graduate.
