I am primarily a writer, though I picked up this photography habit while studying film at University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!). I've found that, as a side-passion, the spontaneity of capturing photo-worthy perspectives and tableaus all around me serves as an excellent complimentary form of creativity to the meticulous planning and rigid structure of writing stories.
