Corrado Leoni, LeoniArt, is an Italian painter, founder of the LeoniArt Project, International Exhibition of Visionary Art.

His calling for Art brings him, already in young age, on the international stage, as winner of the first world award «Save Venice», organized by Canon.

As visionary artist, he performed different personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad.

In 2019 he took part in the Visionary Art Trip in Belgrade, Serbia, while In the previous three years his artworks have been exposed in Miami and New York (U.S.A.), Porto (Portugal), Basel and Zurich (Switzerland) and Chennai (India). He took part in the Contemporary Art Fair in Marbella, Spain, and in the International Poetry Festival in Genoa (Personal exhibition “The wheel of rebirth”). In 2005 his painting “The Wonderland Island” has been sorted out to represent Italy at the Exhibition “Pyramide Europe, Barcelona Fair, Spain.

He realized the whole ceiling of the Jupiter Theatre for the ship Costa Serena, where his painting “The Jupiter sky” has been reproduced in great size (about 200 sqm) as a permanent artwork.

Another painting, called "Scenes from Alexandria of Egypt“ has been supplied for the perimeter of the library in the "Splendor“ Carnival Ship.

After twenty years of experience as professional photographer, during which he performed many reportages for different Italian and international magazines, he founded the artistic movement "Kaleido", together with the painter Roberto Bixio.

From the 90’s he proposed thematic exhibitions based on metamorphosis, fantastic landscapes, in a sort of multimedia show in which the static photographic image magically turns to a pictorial artwork.

In the final expression Leoni reproduces his tridimensional art-works, giving a visionary sense to the lifeless objects as stones, scraps-iron, branches of trees, elements that have suffered the transformations of time and nature.

As writer, Corrado Leoni published a book called “I Leoni”, a result of a cyclopean genealogical and historical research along sixteen years, where he, psychic soul, analyzes the aspect of the common thread, which joins dozen of generations. On another book, “In contact”, he describes his paranormal faculty and the unbelievable contact with his late father.

Today, beyond LeoniArt Project, different side-events called “LeoniArt Drops” are multiplying in different locations, expanding the Visionary Art Community worldwide and giving the original message of Corrado Leoni a global importance. Inside them, the exhibitions match with surreal performances, supported by actors and figurants, where the pure reality turns into a colored and magical universe.
