I am currently a graduate student, studying the parasitoid communities of prairie fragments in western Ohio. I am particularly interested in how these communities may differ between remnant prairies, constructed prairies, and old field habitats. My main parasitoid group of interest are the Tachinidae.

In my free time, I'm trying to improve my macro-photography skills: both in the lab, using photomicrography and image stacking techniques, and also in the field. I mostly photograph insects, but will post pictures of other wildlife as well. And also my cat.
