This is quite overdue, since I have been admiring Di's work for a long time. In fact she is one of the first photographers here that I drew inspiration from. I love her simple, colorful, creative style. She sees perfect childhood moments and captures them so uniquely that you have to look at them over and over. I love all of her work and looking at her photos is always a great experience. What a fabulous talent she has!

In a world littered with homogeny, it's refreshing to find a photographer who reflects the innocence of youth and the magic of parenthood with such a unique style. Her enthusiasm for the craft echoes in her use of both vibrant colour and enchanting light. I can't help thinking that the world, or at the very least, my world, would be a much more prosaic place without her. Long may she continue to accent the beautiful aspects of life with her keen eye and imagination.

Di is without a doubt one of my favorite photographers on Flickr. Her photographs are so full of emotion and I'm just amazed everytime I look at her photos. This woman is so talented it's scary! I FAV just about everyone of her shots- she's just that darn good! I'm so grateful for the friends that I've made here and the inspiration that people like Di give me. I hope one day to be as good of a photographer as she is. One day hopefully she will come visit me, take pictures of my family/daughter and teach me everything she knows..... all while I "borrow" her camera- LOL! You rock girl!

Read lessShe amazes me everytime I log on and look at her images. You crop her photos a million different ways and everyone would still be a masterpiece. She truly captures the emotion and youth of these children in their daily motion. When I look at her images they continue moving even though I know they are stills.
