Hello!

My name is Victoria and I am a Journalism and Media Studies major. I am originally from Sofia, Bulgaria. I’m 27 years old, married and expecting my first baby in the next few days. I have lived all over the world and moved to New Jersey in 2011.

I have no experience in photography. I've spent more time in front of the camera rather than behind it. I am interested in food blogging and would like to learn how to take beautiful photographs of food.

I have a Sony Alpha A5000 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 16-50 mm E-Mount Lens, which I purchased for the class and haven’t used yet. I have never used Photoshop. (I always found the use of this kind of software as a bit of cheating.)

I hope to learn as much as I can about photography this semester and looking forward to seeing everyone’s work!
