Hello! I am Rhea, head pastry chef of AJ Food Creations. I bake and decorate cakes for any occasion.

It started on my daughter AJ's 5th birthday, I baked and decorated her birthday cake. Everyone was delighted with the taste, so it was then that I started decorating cakes for friends, and eventually to clients, when we started AJ Food Creation, together with my better half, Bob.
