I'm a heritage professional who worked as a field archaeologist before working for English Heritage and for Historic Scotland. I now travel widely giving heritage advice to landowners and communities.

I am now based in Cumbria in the north-west of England (UK) close to the English Lake District and also close to border with Scotland. I live in a small historic village about 400m away from the world heritage site of Hadrian's Wall.
