Photography is a mere hobby for me (yet one I deeply enjoy).

I started taking pictures with my father's kodak schneider kreuznach... an old camera he used in the sixties... then proceeded borrowing (also my dad's Canon FTb). It was a self learning process and taking a lot of bad photos (expensive in times of film processing).

Then in 1999 I bought my own Canon EOS50 reflex and a couple of SIGMA lenses and kept my passion living on.

Enter the digital area and some point and shoot Fuji's Canon's and none of them triggered the same feeling the old film cameras had.

At some point I turned into SONY system... and been glad with it.

I try to learn via internet, watching others photos and reading books. Unfortunately to date my professional path (I am an engineer) hasn't allowed me to do much more than that.

I like all types of styles and fields of photos, but the ones I prefer are landscape, astro, macro and wildlife.

Flickr is a great platform to share photos, experiences and a pashion for this way of expression.
