Photos that are tagged "Permissions" are available for purchase.

Any photos that are tagged MJR were taken by myself. Any photos that are tagged GBR. In general, we ask that you properly credit the work as our copyright, and also ask that you send a copy of whatever published work you produced (with our photo) to: Michael Rudmin, 2805 Victory Blvd, #48, Portsmouth VA 23702. Purchasing rights are as follows:

(1) Exclusive rights -- In general, purchase rights are as listed below, but with the posted price times ten. Must be prepurchased by signed individual contract, in order to ensure exclusivity. As long as a photo has not been sold elsewhere under other terms, it can be used under other terms, and then made exclusive later. Also, we reserve the right to adjust the price of exclusivity, in the case of unique newsworthy photos.

(2) Normal permissions, single use -- $10.

(3) Normal permissions, multiple use, limited time -- $30 per publishing year. That is, the photo can be published in a main text, and all its ancillaries (for example), and even on the web. If the book is to be published over the course of four years, the price would be $120.

(4) Normal permissions, multiple use, unlimited time: $150.

(5) Creative Commons share-alike/attribute permissions: $50 (perpetual). Must include label (c) Michael Rudmin according to photo comments, followed by (cc) (sa) (at).

(6) Public domain: $150. Again, this license must be arranged ahead of time.
