It started back in the film days with a simple point-and-shoot but after a while its limits were hit and I got my first SLR: an EOS 300.

Medium format looked quite interesting as well, so I bought a Mamiya M645 1000s with a couple of lenses. This top quality camera and optics really helped me to develop a better sense of lighting and composition; back to the essence.

In the digital era I went from a semipro compact to the D7000/D7100 and I ultimately ended up with my current camera: the Fujifilm X-T10. This camera is an absolute joy to use, especially with manual focus lenses. Currently I own the Fujinon 18-55/2.8-4.0, the fantastic Samyang 12/2.0 NCS CS and some great M42-lenses: Carl Zeiss Jena MC Sonnar 135/3.5 and a Fujinon 55/1.8.
