My experience is pretty nil in terms of my photography skills. I took Photography my senior year of high school for a semester. It was great and I learned a little about photo composition. We used film cameras and were required to develop all of our pictures in a dark room. The class was fun and interesting. Currently, my photographic skill involves a cell phone and a clever eye.

Fortunately, I recently purchased a Cannon Rebel T3i and really like it - I just wish I knew all the features that are available and how I can best use them. Which is why I'm really looking forward to learning some basic photography 'know-how'.

I don't have any experience with Adobe Photoshop, although I really want to learn the software because I know it can be really helpful and great to get into.
