Hello, I'm Dom, based in Cornwall in the far south west of England, surrounded by sea on three sides. First picked up a DSLR in 2014. Now retired and finding more time to spend on my passion for landscape and seascape photography, while always trying to learn more and develop my skills. I especially love to shoot the wild coast around me in all of its moods throughout the seasons, and happily return to the same places over and over again as they never stop inspiring me. All of my posts include stories, mainly about the shot and what drove me to take it, but sometimes almost completely out of leftfield. For me, photography is primarily about making memories by being transported back into a moment when looking at pictures long after taking them.
