I am lucky enough to live in the heart of the Lake District National Park in a very small village of just 6 houses. We have broadband when its up :)

I work away from home a lot (around lots of people) throughout the summer and I take my two Cocker Spaniels and Mittens (the house/van rabbit) with me. Life can be pretty hectic at times and because of this and the fact that I am naturally quite shy, I treasure my time at home which I like to spend planning and taking photos and walking the fells on my door step. I have a reputation of befriending wild animals and getting into lakes and tarns at the drop of a hat.

My Camera and Flickr have been a source of inspiration and I feel grateful for the community feel and encouragement they have given me.
