I'm rediscovering a youthful enthusiasm having recently bought myself a Canon EOS 600D DSLR. I used to have a Nikon F2 back in the late 80s, but lost interest in film photography in the 90s and sold it. From then until now, I haven't had access to a decent camera. My trip to Wales this July (2014) has been my first opportunity to find my feet with the Canon and I've had great fun and made loads of mistakes, but then that's the beauty of digital photography, you can learn from your mistakes so much more quickly and cheaply than is possible with film. Hopefully, I'm starting to improve and taking the odd shot that's worth the time spent shooting all the failures...
