I was introduced to photography as a tool to slow down when exploring nature, and to see the world in new ways. I am inspired by the natural world, and troubled by the rising number of species whose place on the planet is increasingly precarious. I work for the Marmot Recovery Foundation whose mission is to recover the wild population of Vancouver Island Marmots - one of the rarest mammals in the world.
