I started from ground zero when I began my photography class with Cree Bol. I also didn’t quite know what to expect and when i heard that we were going to using photoshop in the all I wanted to learn was about photoshop and how it worked. Thats exactly what i got the first week we were already starting to use photoshop. When I knew that I was going to be taking a class with a certain program i expect that we just jump straight into the program and thats what we did. Each week we were assigned a new sort of topic for taking pictures and we go to learn what was a good photo and what wasn’t. The pictures liked taking were portraits and being a color slut. I didn’t like taking pictures for texture layers. After taking this class I feel very confident with using photoshop and all of its tools. Taking this class has shown me my creativity for photos that I didn’t even know I had. Taking photos for each assignment is fun you really have to think outside of the box for this class, and thats whats makes this class so much fun you just have to keep taking photos till you get a good idea of what you want to do. Lastly I used a simple point and shoot camera made by fujifilm, but sometimes I would use my phone and for portraits I used one of the school cameras.
