I (Jan) born the last days of WW2 in Rotterdam 1945. Moved to Amstelveen in 1957 Started to photograph in the fifties with my Agfa Clack (6x9) . Also started to develop the films myself after i found in the loft the old equipment of my father who did that since around 1930. Later i bought a Werra I camera that unfortunatly was stolen in Madrid. Then I bought a Yashica Minister D camera. Followed by a Minolta X700 and several other Minolta reflexen. I entered the digital era in 2005 with the Canon PowerShot A85. I still have. After that

due to the lenses I had I bought a Sony Alpha 100 (I still use) and Alpha 350 that fell with me on the ground and was broken. Followed by an Alpha A58 (still in use) and a Canon 700D. We don't have friends and family photo's. My subjects are mostly planes , cars, interesting villages and portraits of my wife Cherry who was born in Amsterdam. Her mother was from London. Also scans with my very simple filmscanner of my films and slides of the past.

Some of my photo's can contain nudity. Do not look at those if you are under 18, or are offended by nude people.
