I enjoy photography, reading, gardening and travel. My favorite things to photograph are birds and animals,places, flowers and scenery and sunrises/sunsets.. I am an amatuer photographer without all the bells and whistles and a very limited knowledge of photo adjusting programs like photoshop etc.

I love participating in this group and am amazed continually by the expert pictures I am viewing. It has also opened up the world to me by offering glimpses of the beauty of places I never heard of and animals I never knew existed. I am a novice compared to most but enjoy what I do and hope to improve over time.
