Shooting since Xmas 1950 when I got my first camera, a Kodak Brownie Six-20 at age 13. From there I evolved through my college years to an SLR and eventually in the 90's to MF. I went from a trashed Hassie 500C to a pair of Rolleiflexes and —finally– a superb Rolleiflex 6008 that for me was the epitome of all cameras. Rediscovering street photography in the late 90's, omething that I hadn't attempted since the 60's, due to family and kids, I found me a pair of old Leicas and they replaced all my gear, shooting street almost exclusively until digital threw me out of my other passion, the darkroom.
For the last six years I've been shooting almost exclusiely with a small Panasonic LX camera (LX100 now but I went through all models since the LX3) and with a "poor man's Leica", a Fujifilm X100T that I find as good in results as my full frame D700 and doesn't break my neck.
Tempted now to reload my Leicas and Rolleis to give them a good retirement workout. Time will tell.
