Talent van de Toekomst/ Future Talents is an initiative of Koppert Cress, Miele, Food Inspiration and 20 quality suppliers of professional gastronomy. The aim is to stimulate young talents in the hospitality industry, ensuring quality and continuity in the gastronomy. The Future Talents competition is organized annually.

The Talent van de Toekomstbokaal Foundation aims to offer potential talents in gastronomy a platform on which they, with their peers, can compete for the title Future Talents.

Each year, the foundation organizes the Future Talents competition, in which teams of both the black and white brigades participate in parallel. The event takes place in a professional environment, using the best products.

The assessment is in the hands of prestigious professionals from the kitchen and gastronomy.
