This is a journey through nature. I am drawn to open country where the world becomes clearer and begins to make more sense. Knowing the fear of the unknown is the greatest fear of all. Just having no regrets living for the moment. As outdoor enthusiasts we convene here in a world that seems utterly opposite to our passion of the outdoors, on the internet in order to share and bring together our passion and love for the outdoors.

I have always had a camera for as long as I can remember from film, to Polaroid and disposable cameras to my Canon Rebel and iphone even today. I did an independent study of an Environmental Photography minor while in college and have continued to always photograph as much and as often as possible. I have taken analog courses, digital photograph and photojournalism courses in the past. For this class I will be using my Canon Rebel DSLR camera along with my telephoto lens and a tripod. I hope this course forces me to get back into the conscientious photography habit as I am looking to expand my freelance business to include more photography. I will also be traveling to Utah next week for work so I hope I can get a different than my typical Vermont perspective.
