About me…

I was always in love with craft. Grew up in Japan, as a little girl, I loved to make felted dolls and paper flowers. When I got married and move to United States, my routine was to go to fabric store and go home, make something for me to wear. And now “Jewelry” is my absolute passion for last 15 years.

This is fourth year working on my jewelry line, Jewelry by Natsuko. Offering simple & modern jewelry created with colorful glass enamels and metals. Design elements are from the nature. Design focused in everyday jewels for everyday woman. Each part in every piece is handmade with much love & care in my little home studio in Columbus OH.

Inspirations…

I get inspiration from everything! My mind is always busy with new jewelry design… mostly from nature, changes in the seasons and new outfits! I am self taught for the most part. I start making jewelry about 15years ago with bead stringing. From then, I learned bead weaving, wire wrapping, and polymer clay working… I start taking enameling class about a year ago at local art center and now my pieces are focus more and more on enameling. But I still learning new techniques all the time! And I love to experiment how the design come together with all different mediums.
