I run Essex & Suffolk Surnames, a family history site with parish register transcriptions for parishes in Essex and Suffolk. Memorials, whether headstones, brasses or tombs, are an invaluable family history resource, where they exist and have survived in a legible state. I visit churches in Essex and Suffolk, and further afield, and photograph what I can. This depends on time, the weather, and other factors, but I'm usually able to photograph most, if not all of the memorials, inside churches I visit.
