A Denver based journalist, I've always been told my "eye" for photography is a good one. I started out shooting on my family Canon 20D, then I got a tiny Kodak point-and-shoot, until I recieved my first iPhone (a 1st generation SE) and really took off. Through college at the University of Colorado, I was able to hone my photography skills further with equipment checkouts. After graduation, I took the plunge and ordered a used Canon 7D and a 24-135mm lens.
