With Garcia’s Paella you can either order our service to cook at your party or you can visit our food truck to try our best dish.After years serving large amounts of guests at events we decide not to put a different name to our food truck .

Excellent service and good food are our priorities. Our knowledge for seafood and preference are the reasons for having 50% of our Menu full of seafood dishes.We are a family owned business originally from Caibarien, Cuba but Garcia (father) came up with the idea of putting all his knowledge as a chef back to work one day by necessity. Now with hundreds of paella each year and others dishes prepared by him at large amounts of events, decided to open a new food truck with the same dishes prepared on the parties plus some others more.
