Active pursuit of techniques for astrophotography from light polluted urban and suburban environments, using ultraportable imaging configurations. My images are either from my "red-zone" yard 10 miles north of New York City, or from public stargazing sessions in Manhattan. Images posted are captured with cooled CCD or CMOS astrophotography cameras and are taken through either a 3.5" Questar telescope, Borg fluorite lenses, a TV-85, or one of several DSLR lenses.
