Mike is a retired engineer who mainly does 2000 piece Buffalo Games jigsaw puzzles as his retirement hobby. He worked 15 years in the energy industry (1978-1993) and 18 years in the computer industry (1995 - 2013) before retiring in 2013 to look after his mom who died of Alzheimer's at the end of 2018. He has an Internet radio that plays Sirius Met Opera and it certainly has made his evenings quite pleasant while he works on his jigsaw puzzles. Mike also writes all the descriptions and comments for the jigsaw groups on Flickr that are mainly in English.

Gisela is a retired GE secretary and is Mike's long term girlfriend who now lives in his guest house. Gisela is from Bonn, Germany. She is in charge of writing the German descriptions and comments for the German only puzzle group Puzzle-Treffpunkt.

Ana is a Mexican lady who works for Mike taking care of Gisela (she previously took care of Mike's mom). Ana loves to do jigsaw puzzles and has completed over 60 jigsaw puzzles on this Flickr account. Ana writes all the Spanish descriptions and comments for all the puzzles she completes.
