I am a children's book illustrator, and a currator of illustration. Also I am a mother, a partner, and a dog owner. I love books, films, contemporary music, fine art,, japanese manga, antique clocks, and old mechanisms. I am into good food (I have illustrated a food column for 15 years), trips to distant places, and the thing I probably love most about it is the chance of meeting new people. I am fluant in Hebrew, English and Russian, my Spanish is good enough to get me a hotel room, a bowl of paella and a glass of sangeria in Spain. I have illustrated several books in Spanish, and somehow got through the text (thank you Babylon). I am scared of pigeons and little fish (the kind they use for pedicure).
