I have been fortunate to have lived in Japan for many years and travel to many countries, taking along a trusty film camera whenever possible. I enjoy developing and printing my photographs in the darkroom by hand. The photographs you see here have been scanned on a Canon 9000 scanner and given very basic treatment like I would do in the darkroom- usually a bit of contrast, etc., in the Mac photo program Photos (previously iPhoto). Sometimes I will do a bit of burning in with the GIMP.
