Strictly an amateur photographer, trying to record certain moments for posterity so I'll remember them always, even when I'm old and gray and my memory goes.

I try to capture that special "something" about the scene or event that caught my attention. Sometimes it's a flower, sometimes it's a canyon. Often it's a bird.
