My name is Alexey Korolyov. I was born in 1983 in the city of Protvino (Moscow region, Russia). I started taking photographs in 2009. Nature photography is my hobby, my passion and the way of learning the world. I like to take photographs of landscapes, animals and birds but most of all – flowers and abstract images of nature objects. My works have been awarded in different majour international photography competitions including Glanzlichter (Germany) and IPA (USA).

All my pictures are taken in the conditions of the wild nature. I follow the principle "don't do much harm" and I make thrifty use of the nature. Processing of photos in graphic editors is limited to use of basic receptions like change of brightness, contrast, increase of sharpness, removal of noise. I don't cut out excess details, I don't add objects, I am not fond of filters. My purpose is to make photo during shooting outdoors, instead of making it at computer. Any creative effects are made by means of camera during shooting.

Photography for me is not only the way of self-expression, but also possibility of communication with nature, knowledge novel, supervision over a natural rhythm of life of world around and celebrating its beauty through photographs.
