I still like doing photography and couple of small video. I still carry my ‘professional’ built like a tank Nikon D3s when I am serious on taking ‘better’ picture. But off course, I always bring my Iphone 7+ with me. So, when I was on east coast trip last December, I made lots of picture with both the D3s and Iphone 7+. And guess what? I was so impressed that the result of Iphone 7+ is amazingly beautiful. Oh ya, I also brought my DJI Osmo mobile, and take lots of short Video take. It is very impressive! Both the video and the photos from my Iphone 7+ is remarkable.

I think this is the end of point-and-shot camera, as well as entry level DSLR. Why? The processing power of Cellphone is so fantastic that with carefully design software (like what Apple do with its iphone), will render a very beautiful image that no conventional camera can achieve (without post processing).

For example: the panorama on Iphone 7+ will result a beautiful scenery image that no super wide angle can achieve. Also the HDR processing is so good, that it can render exposure latitude probably near to 10 ev.
