I am a an Arkansas photographer that serves Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Bentonville and most of Northwest Arkansas,

specializing in newborn, maternity and family portraiture. I have been married to my sweet husband since March of 2011.

We are absolute best friends. When we have time off work, we love to travel. Ireland and Jamaica have been our favorite destinations so far!

  

I see my job as more than photographing people. When clients hire me, they are hiring me to capture personalities, the love and connection they have with one another. I promise to give each family lasting images of art they will have to help build their homes.

When choosing me as your photographer, you aren't just choosing me to "take your pictures." You will get a fully customized experience from the time you book your session until your images have been picked up and put on your walls. We have several consultations with you over the phone and mail our clients a welcome packet to make sure you are prepped for the day of your session. After your session, you will come into our office for your in-person ordering session. At your ordering session, we sit down and view all of your images, talk about your needs for your wall spaces and help you in the selection process. From that point forward, your images you select will be retouched and sent to the labs. I have several labs we use for each product, making sure that you are getting the highest quality products in the industry. Once your order has arrived, we will call you for pickup. If you wish to have your images framed, we are happy to meet you at the framers and we are always happy to come help you hang your images on your wall in your home!

I am a photographer who specializes in newborns...not just photographing newborns but everything involved. I think it is important to make sure that you choose the right photographer for such an important milestone in your family. Choosing the right photographer, means choosing one that is fully experienced and trained in focus area, like newborns and children/families for example for your special occasion. I spend all of my time, business finances, and resources into making sure all of my equipment and needs are those for newborns, children and families. Newborns and children are only this small for such a short time, it is important to make sure you choose the right person to capture those images for your family that will last forever.

 

All newborn sessions will have myself and an assistant. I make sure that the assistant has been fully trained and executes proper techniques for newborn care, safety and keeping the baby comfortable. I keep up to date with newborn workshops and online education that ensures you have safest and most up to date newborn session. Safety is my most important goal when working with babies above all else. If the baby expresses any discomfort or crying during a pose, we skip it and move on. The baby will always let us know when they are not comfortable and we do everything to keep him/her asleep and happy! Kala Rath and assistants are TB tested and Kala is CPR certified including infant CPR.

We have an Alaskan Husky named Lizzy.

We love muscle cars. I have an RT Classic Challenger that is my baby!

I love clouds and blue skies.

I love people and love being social, but I don't like large crowds.

I graduated high school early and started college at the UofA when I was 17.

I seriously have a newborn prop buying problem that I don't think Dr. Phil could fix... P.S I love watching Dr. Phil!
