My grandpa introduced me to photography when I was in grade school and bought my first 110 film camera. A couple years later, I bought my first SLR with money earned as a paperboy. That camera was a Nikon FG, which I still have.

Grandpa also sparked my love of travel. And while I haven't traveled to nearly as many countries as he did, I've been able to see some amazing places that have held special interest for me.

I live in Portland, Oregon USA - in a region that offers amazing geographical variety: Ocean beaches, rainforests, mountains and high desert can all be experienced within a couple hours drive of the city.

My favorite subjects are landscapes (including cityscapes) and wildlife. Thanks for checking out my stream.
