I'm on such a wonderful journey with my camera. It's taking me into areas I'd never have dreamed of and I'm loving it. It has opened up a whole new world of beauty and mystery right here on my doorstep.

I discovered (much to my surprise) that I love taking close ups of flowers, birds, leaves and natural patterns. Taking these photos connects me more deeply with the beauty of nature. I see differently with a camera in my hand. I missed so much before.
