I am a photographer born in Pamplona (Spain), mainly interested in Street Photography and black and white photography. I love black and white. It is just how I understand this visual art and I practice this type of photography because I deeply believe that black and white is an attitude, a different way of looking at things, a way of discovering the world around us and, ultimately, a way to find out who I really am. There is an indescribable magic in black and white that is impossible to explain, it is the game between the shadows and the highlights, between the details and the mystique. Black and white treads that thin line between reality and fantasy and forces us to imagine. Most of my work covers a very special time in my life (2013-2016), three years spent in a wonderful country, the United States of America, in an amazing city, Chattanooga (Tennessee). And I cannot imagine a better way to share the magic of such a unique experience than using black and white photography. I tried to capture some of the fascination I felt during these wonderful three years, the same way I do now, living in Spain, seeking to convey a message or sharing ideas or feelings.
