My name is Cloe, and I love monkeys, hence my internet last name, Monkey. I recently started taking my first photography class at my middle school in Colorado, and I quickly found that loved taking pictures.

I like taking pictures of all sorts of things. My most favorite photography subject is pictures that tell a story. I also love portraits, black and white to be precise. Most pictures that inspire me are pictures that one, tell a story, but are also based off of fairy tales or fantasy. I really don't enjoy pictures that are super vibrant and very abstract shapes. They seem too kindergarten and very distracting to me.

Currently I use a Sony Cyber-Shot point and shoot camera. Not the best choice for cameras by the way.

I love that when you take a picture, you have the ability to make someone feel a certain way and tell a story with one single photo. I love art, and photography is another form of art. With photography I can be as creative as I want.

In the future I plan to buy a better camera. Currently I am saving my money for a new one. I have entered some of my best pictures in contests, and am waiting to see how I do. Other than that, I will just keep taking pictures that showcase my creativity. And of course, have FUN!
