For Christmas last year, my husband bought me a camera. Not just any old camera but a Canon Rebel XTi. Going from a 3.1megapixel point and shoot to the Canon was quite exciting. So I took many pictures, played around

a lot, and then decided to take a class. After the instructor looked at some of my shots, he asked me what I was doing in his class...I knew right then that I was onto something.

Photography is a hobby for me right now. I don't have the time for it to be anything else. That being said, I rarely travel anywhere without my camera. You never know what you might see, or when you might see it. Someday, maybe when the kids are older, or when I've retired, or after I've won the lottery so I can retire, photography will be more than a hobby for me...someday.
