I enjoy hiking and love shooting pictures wherever there is dramatic and beautiful natural scenery, and visiting every national park with my camera and tripod is on my bucket list. I have lived in many places around the country, and have found there is natural beauty everywhere when you have the eyes to see it.

Most of my experience of the transcendent comes through nature, and I try to use photography as a way of echoing those experiences.

A note about my tags:

"UneditedGlory" means that the picture is completely unedited, except for the addition of my watermark.

"MagicHour" means the picture was taken roughly half an hour before or half an hour after sunset, when the light is absolutely amazing. If this is not an official photographic term, it ought to be :)
