An amateur, but no less passionate naturalist with a life long curiosity for the natural world, sciences and the arts in all forms. Joy in life's simple pleasures and seeking out the small wonders along the way.

Over the years, my interest has grown especially in entomology, arachnology and the native flora here in Australia.

In regard the biodiversity finds and shots, I like to try and present them with a combination of artistic and scientific elements. Any advice regarding species identifications welcome. When sharing an image, I include any information of interest that I might already know, or have enjoyed researching and learning. To me, my Flickr account is not only an image sharing platform, but akin to a personal diary or project of my life and things I have experienced.

Albums are arranged in alphabetical order. Note that amphibians, birds, flora and reptiles have been grouped in general Australian native and then non-native albums. Furthermore, due to my interest in insects and spiders, I have placed observations of these more specifically in albums dedicated to each family they belong to.
