I live in a small French town about 30 kilometers from Paris. I am an amateur photographer and today wildlife photography is my passion nothing to do with my job as a pharmacist. My very first photos were portraits of women and children, landscapes, taken during a trip to Vietnam 15 years ago.

Then I started photographing birds, first in the closest location such as my garden, then in the places provided for the observation and gradually detaching myself from them to go and discover the natural habitats. It has been a long journey, better knowing the fauna : birds then mammals, trying to give meaning to the photo, and trying to restore a little of the beauty and the emotions that nature offers us. A passion that leads me to travel across France of course but also abroad sometimes: South Africa (Kruger, Kalahari), Tanzania, Panama and Ecuador, side by side with my partner.

Wildlife photography involving to blend into the environment as best as you can, I came to love those long hours of waiting, all senses alert to not miss anything, on the lookout for the slightest thrill ! It’s my passion, my oxygen !
