I am a retired medical secretary and am enjoying retirement. I am a passionate nature photographer and just love photographing our beautiful birdlife. I live in Canberra which is the capital of Australia and it is not called the "Bush Capital" for nothing, we are surrounded by paddocks, fields and forests and our Territory is a bird and animal sanctuary so the flora and fauna abound. It is not unusual to walk a couple of minutes from home and see a group of kangaroos grazing.
