I'm getting to that stage in my career when I'm longing to be 'released into the wild' so that I can concentrate on outdoor photography. We all admire those magnificent sunrises and sunsets but are probably too lazy or lack the time to get out there and capture a few ourselves. I love outdoors and have taken photos since receiving a camera as a Xmas present at the age of 10. Since then, most of my photography has used celluloid but I discovered digital and became 'born again' several years ago. I'm a big Canon fan and use a 400D and 40D with full range of focal length lenses, the usual ND grads etc. What I love about digital is the ability to get the right exposure and the immediacy of development....no more relying on the 'local store' for developing and being disappointed when you realise that you should have opened up a couple of stops....aaaaaaagh !
