I greatly enjoy the BIBLE (KJV is a better one than most but a few errors like 1john 5.7 is slightly wrong but not many errors ) the body of scriptures are the source of truth in Gods word , I hope you may try it some time if not already . The truth is worth knowing ,and you can get to know God who is very real to me through his Spirit that we can learn to abide in , seeking to do the Fathers will is very important, not our will . HE is a Holy God and Sin He can not have ( the Cross is the power of God to us who believe ). But Jesus paid the penalty for your sin and the whole world as well by the Love of God for a lost world died for you until death because he loves you that much and obeyed Gods will because he Loves God that much ! Amazing it is to contemplate!The Love of God from Gods perspective and Jesus perspective. ( infinite Love ) Forsake your sins and turn to God and Love one another as God the Father and Jesus his Son loved us . it says in the Bible and by learning to abide in the Spirit we can do Gods will . Read Romans 10 v 8 - 13... verse 9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved ". .Jesus of (Nazareth to be specific )is the Son of God. God sent him and he was and is a real man that lived and died on the cross and rose from the dead the 3rd day , now risen at Gods right hand of power as intercessor and mediator on our behalf all power has been given to Jesus by God his father , He still is the way to God , prayer in Jesus name is important . God gave to Jesus Christ the man also born of Gods Spirit , all Jesus’s authority, that’s why we call Jesus Lord . Yet God himself the father is the one and only almighty LORD GOD and father of all things , whom Jesus calls his God and father . Ephesians 1v3 Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ … Mathew 16v15 But whom say ye that I am ? And Simon Peter answered and said , “Thou art the Christ , the Son of the living God” . And Jesus answered and said unto him Blessed art thou Simon : for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee , but my father which is in heaven . As Peter learned. Who is Jesus is extremely important . Listen to Gods own testimony of who Jesus is Matthew 17v 5 and behold a voice out of the cloud , which said , “This is my beloved Son , in whom I am well pleased ; hear him “. Don’t be mislead many say Jesus is only a prophet , yet he was that and more “the Son of God . “ Some say Jesus is God , but that’s not found in the scripture with out contradicting the mass body of Scriptures. or did Jesus or God himself make that statement ( But God was with Jesus and in that sense he is of God and with us )Read 1 Timothy 3:16 Great is the mystery of Godliness said Apostle Paul , many think they understand but its a mystery! Jesus manifested God ! Amen ! Careful study will reveal that Jesus is the Son of God . You can not add to that or take away from that without erroring on who Jesus really is . I have been encouraged by the truth that Jesus coming in Gods glory is our hope , it refreshes us and strengthens us to meditate on this fact . All Glory to God ! Amen .
