The 2026 ULI Hines Student Competition: The 24th annual ULI student urban design and development competition sponsored by Gerald D. Hines.

The competition challenges multidisciplinary student teams to devise a comprehensive development program for a real, large-scale site. Teams of five students representing at least two disciplines have two weeks to develop solutions that include drawings, site plans, tables, and market-feasible financial data.

This Flickr site is intended as a resource for participants to support the elaboration of their submission. Site photographs will be made accessible as the competition site is announced on January 5th, 2026. Please consult the associated Flickr map for an approximate location of the picture taken.
